The 2026 Bahrain Grand Prix will not take place in Bahrain, but in Malaysia. The event will be held from 2-4 October at the Sepang International Circuit near Kuala Lumpur, with the race scheduled for Sunday 4 October. Its official name is the "Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia".
